Payment options:

Aditya Net Holidays allows you with various payment options. As a leading online travel company we use recognized bank where customers can be rest assured of the safety of their transaction.

Consumer privacy and security are our prime concern.

Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer / Online Fund Transfer

Customer can make payment directly into the “Aditya Net Holidays” bank account either by International Wire Transfer, Online Internet Banking Website or Cheque Deposit. 

The advance amount facilitates us to make the timely arrangements and book the hotels confirmed to avoid last minute hassles.  

*           Please make the payment payable to “Aditya Net Holidays”

*           All the payments are to be made by electronic fund transfer or by cheque deposit only.

*           Do not make any payment or transfer in the form of cash.

*           In case of crucial booking, kindly make the full payment in advance.

*           After making the payment, we would appreciate if you could mail the pay-in-slip with the booking reference.

*           Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.

*           Final handover (Hotel Vouchers/Air-tickets/Passports etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment.

Refund : Refund is processed on receiving intimation via email to cancel the services. Refund is processed on the same payment mode within 15 days.

 The pickup & delivery of your passports will be through BLUEDART.

Conditions*

  1. Once air tickets are booked on low cost carriers and/or non-refundable, non-changeable air tickets, you would not be permitted to re-schedule the tour dates.

  2. Within 7 days of you paying the advance amount you must pay the balance tour cost. All your travel documents including Air Tickets and Hotel Voucher will be released only after the receipt of full and final payment.

  • No bookings have been done; the above is only a proposal & subject to availability of services. (Alternate Similar Hotel will be provided in case of Unavailability of Rooms)

  • Preferred room allotment is subject to availability

  • The above itinerary acts as a guideline of the tour, hence the days & timing of the sightseeing tours are subject to change.

  • The airfare/airport tax mentioned are as per today & any increase in the same is payable by the traveller before departure.

  • Baggage space is limited to the type of transportation booked.

  • Standard type rooms will be offered in all category hotels.

  • The official check-in time is 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs at all the hotels.

  • Early check-in & late check-out is purely based on availability & under hotel’s discretion.

  • Child charges are 75% from the adult fare (excluding airfare, visa & sightseeing charges).

  • On booking confirmation, the pickup & delivery of your passports will be through BLUEDART or we may request the client to send it by courier. The amount will be refunded from the final package cost.

  • We may ask to pay difference if USD rate fluctuate

  • Cancellation Policy Please Check our Website.

  • Once visa is applied amount is non refundable.

  • For Srilanka cancellation 21 days before would attract 100% amount of the tour.

  • Incase of any natural calamity the tour will be postponed to another date. The rates may increase due to change in dates

  • Details of customer in Airline Ticket need to be verified by customer at his end. Later changes are not allowed and may require to cancel the ticket and reissue new one with cancellation charges.


Visa processing is subject to approval from respective government/consulate. Company is not responsible if visa is rejected.Visa fee is non refundable.
